My Room at Park Hyatt Melbourne

A look at Park Hyatt Melbourne’s Suite With Terrace

During my stay, I was lucky enough to enjoy one of the best rooms in the entire hotel - the Suite with Terrace. This suite offered uninterrupted views of the stunning St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Melbourne cityscape, making for a breathtaking backdrop both day and night.

The suite featured a spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed, a large outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing, a well-appointed living room with a study, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. It was the epitome of luxury and elegance, providing a serene escape within the city.

So comfortable here!

It was honestly quite difficult to leave my room because it was so, so comfortable. I could easily see myself staying there for 2 weeks and loving every minute of it.

Dining Experience at Park Hyatt Melbourne

The dining experience at Park Hyatt Melbourne blew us away!

Dining at Park Hyatt Melbourne was nothing short of spectacular! I had the pleasure of experiencing both In-Room Dining for dinner and a delightful lunch at the Tea Lounge & Garden. The dinner was a highlight of my stay—the chef was incredibly kind and tailored a personalised menu for us. We enjoyed an array of Asian dishes, including fried rice and char kway teow, alongside fresh oysters, French fries, prosciutto, and perfectly cooked barramundi. It was all served by the cosy fireplace, creating an intimate and memorable evening.

The cocktails were simply outstanding—vibrant, fruity, and refreshingly punchy! I couldn't stop raving about how well-crafted they were. The lunch at the Tea Lounge & Garden was equally impressive, offering a relaxed yet elegant dining experience.

Bon Appetit!

Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, radii, was also real treat, with both a buffet selection and an à la carte menu featuring delicious options like French toast, fried rice, and congee. While the buffet was delightful, it was the made-to-order dishes that truly stole the show. The restaurant is also open every night except Sunday for dinner.
